In 2012, Bill & Jody moved to Lyon, France. For the next four years they had the opportunity to travel all over Europe - often times staying in AirBNB’s. Since returning to Tacoma, WA in 2016 they have continued to enjoy traveling and this led to an interest in hosting on AirBNB and ultimately to starting and operating Delightful Properties!

Jody is truly the “hostess with the mostest”! She is the queen of hospitality and this rubs off in every property that we host and manage. Her gift of making people feel at home is the “secret sauce” of everything we do. She has an expert eye for layout & design, staging and organizing spaces. She puts her special touch on every room of every property.

Bill’s background in marketing and business provides the other side of what we do. He expertly manages and orchestrates everything that has to take place in order for each property to be successful. His writing skills, communication skills and experience in managing people and delegating tasks are unsurpassed!
